Although the SEC has not yet announced official approval, CBOE announced that the ETFs will begin trading tomorrow. Although there is no official announcement from the SEC yet, it can be said that the approval is now certain.

According to CBOE, the companies that will start trading spot Bitcoin ETFs tomorrow are as follows:

 <li>franklin</li> 
 <li>Fidelity</li> 
 <li>VanEck</li> 
 <li>Invesco Galaxy</li> 
 <li>WisdomTree</li> 
</ul> 
The first Bitcoin Spot ETF application was made by the Winklewoss twins in 2013. The confirmation finally marks a historic moment for BTC. 
BTC Futures ETFs were previously approved and traded by the SEC. However, the SEC has been pushing for the approval of spot ETFs that will invest directly in BTC for years. 
After the markets closed in the USA yesterday, a post was shared from the SEC's official Twitter account and it was claimed that Bitcoin Spot ETFs were approved. Then, it was revealed that the SEC's official Twitter account was hacked and Gary Gensler said that Bitcoin Spot ETFs were not approved. 
However, Bloomberg analyst James Seyffart said in his statement after the events in question that the fake approval news did not change anything, and that he expected the approval to come today and ETFs to start trading tomorrow.
