Rob Joyce, the Director of Cybersecurity at the <a href="https://coingape.com/report-tornado-cash-developer-worked-for-russian-security-agency/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">National Security Agency</a> (NSA), highlighted the escalating role of <a href="https://coingape.com/top-5-artificial-intelligence-start-up-to-look-for-in-2023/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">artificial intelligence</a> (AI) in cyberattacks. Joyce’s insights reveal a concerning trend: the adoption of AI by state-backed hackers and criminal entities.
Joyce underscored that various criminal and nation-state actors now leverage AI technologies to enhance their cyber operations. As he pointed out, these entities have access to major generative AI platforms, significantly enhancing their capabilities.
