 <p>A total of 11 asset management firms controlling trillions of dollars worth of investments have submitted their S-1 final amendments for Spot <a rel="dofollow" title="Bitcoin ETF" href="https://thebittimes.com/tag/bitcoin-etf.html">Bitcoin ETF</a>. Reports suggest the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) could approve the Spot <a rel="dofollow" title="Bitcoin ETF" href="https://thebittimes.com/tag/bitcoin-etf.html">Bitcoin ETF</a> this month in January 2024. There is a 95% probability that the <a rel="dofollow" title="Bitcoin ETF" href="https://thebittimes.com/tag/bitcoin-etf.html">Bitcoin ETF</a> could be approved by the end of this week, reported Bloomberg.</p>

While the majority of the firms have submitted their S-1 final amendments, the rest are in the process of filing.</p>

Also, below are the fees that the trillion-dollar worth of asset management firms will charge clients for Spot <a rel="dofollow" title="Bitcoin ETF" href="https://thebittimes.com/tag/bitcoin-etf.html">Bitcoin ETF</a> services.</p>

  <li>BlackRock – Fees will be marked 0.20% for the first 12 months / or until the first $5 billion in assets. The fees from the 13th month will go up to 0.30%.</li> 
  <li>ArkInvest – NO FEE for the first 6 months / or until $1 billion in assets. The fees go up to 0.25% from the 7th month onwards.</li> 
  <li>Fidelity – 0.39%</li> 
  <li>VanEck – 0.25%</li> 
  <li>Valkyrie – 0.8%</li> 
  <li>WisdomTree – 0.5%</li> 
  <li>Invesco Galaxy – 0.59%</li> 
  <li>Grayscale – 1.5%</li> 
  <li>Franklin – 0.29%</li> 
  <li>Bitwise – First 6 months / or $1 billion AUM with no fees. The fees goes up 0.24% from the 7th month.</li>

Moreover, the same goes for Franklin and Bitwise, as investors can expect the <a rel="dofollow" title="BTC ETF" href="https://thebittimes.com/tag/btc-etf.html">BTC ETF</a> fee to be below the 0.9% markup.</p>
