In the major developments, Key players like Blackrock and Ark21 shares submitted amended applications and revealed the varying fees linked to them. Key players reveal Bitcoin ETF fees 
BlackRock’s iShares Bitcoin Trust, operating as a Delaware statutory trust, seeks to reflect the performance of Bitcoin before expenses and liabilities. The Trust involves multiple entities, including a Sponsor, Delaware Trustee, Trustee, Bitcoin Custodian, and Cash Custodian. In the S-1 amendment for their Bitcoin ETF with a competitive fee of 0.30%.
The Trust issues and redeems Shares in blocks of 40,000 or integral multiples, known as “Baskets.” While transactions currently occur in cash, the Trust may consider in-kind creations and redemptions subject to regulatory approval.&nbsp;
ARK 21Shares Bitcoin ETF aims to track the performance of Bitcoin based on the CME CF Bitcoin Reference Rate. It issues common shares of beneficial interest that trade on the Cboe BZX Exchange. However, it mentioned that they are keeping their fee at 0.80% for their <a href="https://news.todayq.com/bitcoin-etf-talks-are-markets-prepared-for-secs-call/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Bitcoin ETF</a>,
The Trust conducts subscriptions and redemptions in cash, with financial firms known as “Authorized Participants” facilitating the process. In the future, in-kind transactions may be considered, subject to regulatory approval. What other players are suggesting? 
VanEck Bitcoin Trust, expected to trade under the ticker symbol “HODL,” seeks to reflect Bitcoin’s performance with less operational expenses. Its S-1 amendment for its Bitcoin ETF depicts a lower fee of 0.25%, even surpassing BlackRock’s offering.
The Trust issues and redeems Shares in blocks of 50,000 based on the reported MarketVector Bitcoin Benchmark Rate. Currently, subscriptions and redemptions are conducted solely in cash, with the potential for in-kind transactions pending regulatory approval. Source: US SEC filings 
Fidelity Wise Origin Bitcoin Fund aims to track Bitcoin’s performance using the Fidelity Bitcoin Reference Rate. As per filings by Fidelity, the S-1 amendment for their Bitcoin ETF maintains a fee of 0.39%.
The Trust issues and redeems Shares in blocks of 25,000, known as “Baskets,” with transactions conducted solely in cash. Authorized Participants deliver cash in exchange for Shares during purchases and receive cash during redemptions.
Valkyrie Bitcoin Fund, an exchange-traded fund, seeks to reflect Bitcoin’s value based on the CME CF Bitcoin Reference Rate. Valkyrie’s S-1 amendment for their Bitcoin ETF maintains a fee of 0.80%.
The Trust issues Shares in blocks of 5,000, called “Baskets,” and may conduct subscriptions and redemptions solely in cash unless regulatory approval for in-kind transactions is obtained.
