Meanwhile, Senator Bostar, the bill’s sponsor, positions Nebraska at the forefront of states championing these crucial aspects of Bitcoin engagement. On the other hand, Dennis Porter, CEO &amp; co-founder of Satoshi Action Fund, elucidated on the bill’s significance, outlining its protective measures. 
Notably, the proposed law aims to secure the right to self-custody Bitcoin, eliminate discrimination against <a href="https://coingape.com/education/what-is-bitcoin-mining/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Bitcoin miners</a>, guarantee the sovereign ability to run a node, and abolish state capital gains taxes on Bitcoin transactions under $200.
