<p>Infosys, one of India’s leading IT services firms, saw its stock price hit as it lost more than 2.5 percent of its value during intra-day trading on Tuesday. The decline in share price came in response to the unsettling news of the company losing a significant $1.5 billion AI contract.</p>

The initial announcement had indicated that the total client spend over 15 years for the contract was estimated at $1.5 billion.
