<p>OKX, in a translated <a href="https://twitter.com/okxchinese/status/1737128143981576622?s=20" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">post </a>on its Chinese social media page, attributed the vulnerability to a third-party application service provider. The platform urged iOS users to promptly update their apps to the latest version, specifically version 6.45.0, where the vulnerability has been effectively resolved.</p> 
<p>Security analysis platform CertiK took to social media an hour before OKX’s official announcement, advising OKX iOS users to update their apps immediately. CertiK highlighted the identification and reporting of a critical Remote Code Execution (RCE) vulnerability earlier in the month. </p> 
<p>The RCE vulnerability had the potential to compromise sensitive data and cryptocurrency assets. However, CertiK acknowledged OKX’s swift response, culminating in the issuance of an updated version on the same day.</p>
