<p>Saylor anticipates a demand shock for Bitcoin (<a href="https://crypto.news/price/bitcoin/" data-type="link" data-id="https://crypto.news/price/bitcoin/">BTC</a>), driven by the introduction of the spot ETF, followed by a supply shock during April’s <a href="https://crypto.news/bitcoin-rally-expected-to-surpass-50k-by-2024-due-to-halving-event/" data-type="link" data-id="https://crypto.news/bitcoin-rally-expected-to-surpass-50k-by-2024-due-to-halving-event/">halving</a>, reducing daily Bitcoin production from 900 to 450. Despite forecasting a major bull run for Bitcoin in the coming year, Saylor refrained from speculating on specific price levels.</p> 
<p>Addressing concerns about the potential diversion of investor demand from MicroStrategy to a spot ETF, Saylor highlighted MicroStrategy’s distinct position as an operating company capable of using cash flow or “intelligent leverage” to bolster its Bitcoin holdings. Unlike ETFs, <a href="https://crypto.news/tag/microstrategy/" data-type="link" data-id="https://crypto.news/tag/microstrategy/">MicroStrategy</a> does not charge ownership fees.</p>
