<a href="https://en.coin-turk.com/bitcoin-price-surpasses-29800-experts-predict-whats-coming-next/" data-wpel-link="internal" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Bitcoin</a> could please its investors if a chart fractal occurs following the biggest single-day drop in 2023. Noted investor and analyst Alan Tardigrade pointed out on December 12th that there are mysterious similarities between Bitcoin’s current chart and that from four years ago.
Bitcoin might be struggling to surpass a long-term key resistance level, but a comparison shows that Bitcoin price movement is business as usual. Tardigrade, who shared a chart fractal from the end of 2019 to mid-2021, emphasized a Bitcoin bull market plan that is strikingly making a comeback.
The <a href="https://en.coin-turk.com/bitcoin-no-longer-a-passing-fancy-asserts-grayscale-ceo-michael-sonnenshein/" data-wpel-link="internal" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">BTC</a>/USD pair has been following the price recovery from the lowest levels of the past few years, which occurred towards the end of 2022, almost exactly replicating the chart pattern from 2020 to 2021. Even the drop this week is a reflection of a similar incident on the path to Bitcoin’s all-time high of $69,000. Tardigrade mentioned in his accompanying post:

Tardigrade is known for his positive outlook on Bitcoin’s similar structure. Another long-term theory posits the 2019 chart as a launchpad for a much larger bull market cycle with Bitcoin’s price target reaching up to $400,000. According to the analyst, Bitcoin is currently in a phase of renewed optimism after falling into a bear trap at the lowest levels of 2022.

Fractals from past price cycles are becoming increasingly common in the current crypto environment. Last week, another popular <a href="https://newslinker.co/category/social-media/" data-wpel-link="exclude" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">social media</a> commentator known as Nunya Bizniz suggested that Bitcoin could repeat the same progress it made in 2020.

Although this occurred before the drop on December 11th, there seems to be more time for the fractal to continue. Later analyses questioned how long it would take for the Bitcoin price to reach its all-time high, with each cycle taking four weeks longer than the last, the analyst gave a next timeline of 27 months. Accordingly, a deadline for reaching the all-time high in February 2025 could be established.
