Cryptocurrency prices have maintained their upward momentum today, continuing their gains following <a href="https://en.coin-turk.com/bitcoin-network-faces-congestion-with-over-560000-unconfirmed-transactions/" data-wpel-link="internal" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Bitcoin</a>‘s epic rise in recent days. Additionally, investor behavior has shifted towards riskier assets due to the positive momentum created by the Bitcoin Spot ETF, pushing crypto currencies to record levels not seen since last year.

Bitcoin climbed to $44,488 on Tuesday evening but then retreated, dropping below the $44,000 level. As of writing time, Bitcoin’s price is neutral over the last 24 hours, trading at $43,634, with a trading volume of $37.60 billion.
Ethereum, regarded as the king of Altcoins, saw a 1% decrease compared to this time yesterday, now at $2,270.06. Its trading volume increased by 5.59% to $16.24 billion. Another significant altcoin, XRP, is down 1% to $0.616.
On the other hand, Solana’s price rose by 3.26% to $64.41, outperforming most altcoins. During this period, SOL’s trading volume increased by 2.24% to $2.21 billion. Cardano (<a href="https://en.coin-turk.com/cardano-network-positive-outlook-for-ada-coin-price-despite-challenges/" data-wpel-link="internal" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">ADA</a>) also saw a rise in early trading today but has since fallen by 1%, trading at $0.4215.
The price movements on December 6th also reflected on meme coins. At the time of writing, Dogecoin’s price found buyers at $0.09654, a 5.5% increase, yet its trading volume decreased by 13% to $1.17 billion. Shiba Inu’s price, on the other hand, rose by 2.11% to $0.0000097.
In contrast to its competitors, Pepe Coin’s price couldn’t hold onto its recent gains and dropped by 6% to $0.00000151 on Wednesday.

HNT was one of the altcoins that made its investors happiest on December 6th. After a 70% increase, HNT’s price retreated slightly and was trading at $3.8 at the time of writing. Its trading volume saw an increase of 413.18% to $16.93 million.
TIA’s price is also among the rising altcoins. It has experienced a notable increase over the last few days. Despite a pullback after a 27.48% increase, Celestia remains in positive territory, trading at $10.58.
ORDI, closely watched by Bitcoin investors, was one of the biggest losers as of writing time on December 6th. ORDI’s price dropped by 12% from $60.42 to $53.81. Nevertheless, the crypto’s trading volume experienced a 1.09% increase, reaching $1.17 billion.
