In a twist that signals a potential appeal, Sam Bankman-Fried, known as SBF, the embattled former CEO of FTX, has chosen not to <a href="https://t.co/1TglDlq0es" target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow">file any post-trial motions</a>. This decision revealed through a letter to Judge Lewis Kaplan on December 1st, marks a significant turn in his legal strategy following his conviction on multiple federal fraud charges.

As of this writing, the price of Bitcoin stands at $41,800 following a retrace from a new yearly high above $42,000. The cryptocurrency shows no signs of stopping from the time being.
