According to the Rats community, Gate generated fake trading volume for the altcoin. The community announced that they have initiated a boycott movement against the cryptocurrency exchange through X (formerly known as Twitter) due to this situation.

After the cryptocurrency exchange announced the listing of RATS, the altcoin experienced a sharp price increase. The price of RATS, which was at 0.000051 dollars before the listing, reached 0.000087 dollars after the listing. This change corresponds to a 70% increase in the price of the altcoin. According to the latest data, RATS is currently trading at 0.00006441 dollars with a 20.14% decrease in the last 24 hours. The allegation of fake trading volume once again triggered the decrease in the price of the altcoin.
