Additionally, he will serve as the head of distribution and strategic partnerships for Grayscale, a clear sign that the crypto asset manager is gearing up to launch the fund if approved. 
Following this recent development regarding the spot Bitcoin ETF, the world’s largest cryptocurrency, Bitcoin, once again reached a new 52-week high and surpassed the $38,800 level. Key participants in the discussion included David Shillman, Eric Juzenas, Randall Roy, Molly Kim, Sarah Schandler, Stacia Sowerby, and David Remus, representing the SEC’s Division of Trading and Markets. Grayscale Investments was represented by Michael Sonnenshein, Ed McGee, Craig Salm, John Hubbard, and others.
