<p>It’s worth noting that in 2019, Gary Gensler authored an opinion piece recognizing the existence of numerous projects within the crypto ecosystem. He commended the initiative started by Satoshi Nakamoto for its potential as a change catalyst, particularly in reducing verification and networking expenses, thereby promoting economic inclusion.</p>
<p>On the occasion of the 15th anniversary of the Bitcoin whitepaper, the SEC head conveyed congratulations to Satoshi Nakamoto via X (Twitter). Simultaneously, he posted a compliance-focused message, urging crypto companies to adhere to securities laws and cease misleading investors.</p>
