Following a Bitcoin price surge over $35,000, a number of other assets have taken on a bullish momentum. 
Looking at price data from CoinMarketCap, top gainers in the last day include Neo, the Ethereum of China, Floki and Injective. 
<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="double-digit-gains">Double-digit gains</h2> 
Neo has reported the biggest gainer on the top 100 crypto assets in the past week, growing 16.35 percent in the last 24 hours, claiming a price of $9.00 at the time of writing.

Sitting below NEO is Floki, which reported an 11.27 percent price increase to $0.0003634, a product of excitement many believe stems from the announcement of TokenFi (TOKEN), which is said to capitalize on the trillion-dollar tokenization industry. 
Injective holds the third spot with 9.77 percent gains, where it sits at $13.05 following the&nbsp;<a href="https://twitter.com/Injective_/status/1716817125086765565" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">news</a>&nbsp;of its official data integration &amp; availability on Google Cloud.

THORChain holds the fourth position with a 6.13 percent gain, changing hands at $2.38, while dYdX rounds out the top 5 with a 5.22 percent increase. 
<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="a-positive-october">A positive October</h2> 
Although Bitcoin does not join the top gainers this week, the cryptocurrency did make headlines earlier this week on Oct. 23 when it breached the $35,000 barrier, achieving a high that had not been reached since May 2022. 
This bullish momentum is believed to be attributed to spot BTC ETF anticipation, which would escalate mainstream adoption of cryptocurrencies as a&nbsp;<a href="https://crypto.news/bitcoin-price-rise-in-october-2023-factors-and-forecasts/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">whole</a>. That said, many of the top gainers had also shared news of their own this week, giving another reason for bullish sentiment.
