<p class="is-style-lead">Anonymous blockchain sleuth ZachXBT took to Telegram on Oct. 26 to alert users of phishing emails associated with Trezor purchases.</p> 
<p>The belief is that this might be part of a larger data breach for Trezor, the major provider of crypto hardware wallets or Evri, the UK-based delivery company that would have shipped Trezor.</p>

<p>In response,&nbsp;<a target="_blank" href="https://twitter.com/Trezor/status/1717844496283480528" rel="noreferrer noopener">Tezor took to X</a>&nbsp;in an Oct. 27 post, saying,</p> 
<p>“Hi, thanks for letting us know; we are looking into it.” Also, reiterating some safety reminders for product users.</p>

<p>It is worth noting that on Feb. 28, Trezor also&nbsp;<a href="https://twitter.com/Trezor/status/1630526933199998977?s=20" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">took to X</a>&nbsp;to alert users of the potential of a brewing phishing scam.</p>

<p>Crypto.news has reached out to Trezor for a comment but has yet to have received a response at the time of writing.</p> 
<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="following-news-of-a-release">Following news of a release</h2> 
<p>The alert comes just over two weeks after Trezor&nbsp;<a target="_blank" href="https://crypto.news/trezor-launches-two-new-hardware-wallets/" rel="noreferrer noopener">announced</a>&nbsp;the launch of two new products at the Bitcoin Amsterdam conference in the Netherlands.</p>

<p>Following the announcement, The Trezor Safe 3, a third generation of Trezor’s flagship hardware wallet and Trezor Metal, a premium metal backup device, were introduced to the public.</p>
