The scheduled technical systems upgrade is set for October 24 at 3 am Eastern Time (ET); the transactions involving Ethereum (ETH), Ethereum Classic (ETC), and all ERC-20 tokens across all Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) networks will experience temporary delays.&nbsp;During this upgrade, the creation of new addresses will also be temporarily unavailable.
