 Pioneer collectibles investing platform, Rally, unveils its first real-estate asset, opening access for anyone to own equity in an iconic piece of baseball’s history
 NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Rally, the investment platform that pioneered fractional equity ownership for blue-chip collectible assets, today announced its first real-estate offering on the platform, a relic from baseball’s golden days, Mickey Mantle’s childhood home where he first learned to play baseball. Mantle is revered as one of the most famous athletes in the world and was elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1974.

 Rally will open its initial public offering on Friday, October 27th at 12 pm EST, making 47,000 shares available at $7 per share for a total offering of $329,000. For the first time, individual investors of all income levels can invest in a historic athlete’s home.

Mickey Mantle’s childhood home immediately stood out as the perfect option, aligning with the personal passions of our investor community.”
 Tucked away off of Route 66 in Commerce, Oklahoma, the history of the Mantle home property has a story of its own. Because of Mantle’s requests to keep it in its existing condition, the home is a time capsule. Located at 319 South Quincy Street, the Mantle family purchased the property in 1934, and it remained under their ownership for over a decade. It served as the home ground for Mantle’s fledgling baseball career, which led to a nearly two-decade-long career with the New York Yankees and winning seven World Series in the mid-twentieth century.
 The significance of the home is something that local residents hold in high regard. “I don’t think people here in general truly understand yet what we have,” said Brian Waybright, Chairman of the Mickey Mantle Memorial Trust in Commerce when the house first went up for auction. “Mickey Mantle grew up here. People knew him. But mention the Mantle name outside of Commerce, and heads just turn.”
 The Mantle home is the centerpiece of a tight-knit community of around 2,500 people. Commerce, Oklahoma is still deeply connected to Mantle’s roots; family and connections to the Yankee Great still live within its borders, and many of the streets and fields bear the Mantle name. The Yankees scouts ventured to the local Commerce High School and saw the famous slugger bat for the first time.
 While syndicated investment opportunities in the real estate industry have been available for decades, Rally is providing unprecedented access to one of the most desired quarters in American history. The freestanding home presents a rare investment opportunity for the public to participate in two asset categories, sports memorabilia and real estate, a highly desired investment category for individual investors.
 In recognition of Mantle’s legacy, Rally will distribute ownership shares to the residents of Commerce, giving everyone equity in the most famous home in town. Rally will also allow its investors to make proposals on the property’s future, which will be submitted quarterly and voted on by all shareholders. They will get to vote on whether it becomes a museum, a national landmark, or a baseball diamond added to the backyard for local little leagues. Any profits earned from those proposals will be returned to investors as quarterly dividends.
 Over the years, many of Mantle’s ex-teammates have visited the home, such as Bobby Richardson, Don Larsen, Johnny Blanchard, Bob Turley, and Goose Gossage, and the property recently made an appearance in the Sylvester Stallone-led “Tulsa King” TV series.
