A recent report by Coindesk on October 13, 2023, revealed that Ethereum (ETH) is experiencing a significant slowdown in the growth of staked ETH. The once-crowded queue for new validators on the Ethereum blockchain has drastically diminished.
It showcased a remarkable decrease from a peak of over 96,000 in early June to merely 598 validators presently waiting to join the network. Moreover, the waiting time to deploy new validators onto the Ethereum network has reduced remarkably to just five hours from a peak of 45 days.
The price of Ethereum (ETH) showed an evident dip after this news. The ETH price declined by 1.65% from $1,571.75 on October 13 to $1,545.74 on October 14. Yet, the question remains: How high can Ethereum go in 2024?
According to the Ethereum price prediction, experts are optimistic about Ethereum’s (ETH) price performance in the coming months. The Ethereum price prediction indicates that Ethereum’s price is expected to surpass the $3,000 threshold and potentially reach $3,019.29 by 2024.
This Ethereum price prediction is primarily based on speculation of an impending bull run and ETH’s recent promising price performances.
