These interactions have led to initiatives like the Made by&nbsp;<a href="https://cryptoticker.io/en/yuga-labs-ape-crash/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Apes program</a>, elevating the CryptoPunks art form, and speeding up the delivery of Otherside through partnerships.</p>

<p>Looking back at his initial days as CEO, Alegre appreciated the unique connections the teams had built within the communities. However, he also recognized the challenges Yuga Labs faced due to its limited staffing. This realization led to a restructuring and refocusing of priorities, emphasizing supporting existing communities, executing on Otherside, and leveraging partnerships.</p>

 <li><strong>BAYC</strong>: Alegre highlighted the global strength of BAYC and the importance of hosting unique IRL events. The upcoming ApeFest in Hong Kong promises to be an epic gathering for the community.</li> 
 <li><strong>CryptoPunks</strong>: Efforts have been made to elevate the stature of CryptoPunks, with increased community support and engagement with top-tier museums.</li> 
 <li><strong>Meebits</strong>: Despite challenges, the plan is to evolve Meebits into a dynamic experience on Otherside, with the recent showcase in Berlin indicating positive community feedback.</li> 
 <li><strong>10KTF</strong>: With a focus on deeper engagement, Otherside is seen as the right platform to grow 10KTF’s uniqueness.</li> 
 <li><strong>Otherside</strong>: Alegre acknowledged the challenges faced in building an immersive metaverse platform. Partnerships with Hadean, Big Rhino, and the acquisition of Roar Studios aim to accelerate Otherside’s development.</li> 
 <li><strong>Gaming</strong>: While Dookey Dash was well-received, Forge fell short of expectations. Alegre emphasized the importance of partnering with seasoned gaming experts for future projects.</li> 
 <li><strong>Ordinals</strong>: Efforts are being made to advance work on the Bitcoin blockchain with TwelveFold and deliver physical products to collectors.</li>
