<a target="_blank" href="https://tokeninsight.com/en/coins/immutable-x/overview">Immutable</a> has announced to delay the vesting of 125 million $IMX in token rewards to July 2024 at a minimum, and change the unlocking mechanism to a linear monthly vesting schedule, instead of a cliff unlocking. Immutable co-founder Robbie Ferguson stated the move is intended to enhance Immutable's long-term sustainability.
He also revealed there are over 200 funded games built on Immutable. Meanwhile, he claimed that Immutable’s treasury has approximately four years of runway for its 270 staff.
Regarding its roadmap, the project plans to launch its zero-knowledge Ethereum Virtual Machine (zkEVM) alongside cross-rollup liquidity. In addition, its ecosystem blockchain games are set to debut over the next 12 months.
