Shiba Inu’s price has enjoyed a much-needed pump over the past 24 hours as whales shift over $30 million worth of SHIB between unknown wallets. The move raised eyebrows among market participants but subsequently reignited some SHIB excitement.
Meanwhile, the new GameFi presale token Meme Kombat ($MK) is showing huge promise as its presale hits the $500K mark.

Shiba Inu’s whale activity has surged in the past few days, piquing the interest of analysts and investors wanting to know the whale's intent.
Data by <a href="https://app.intotheblock.com/coin/SHIB" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">IntoTheBlock</a> shows that Shiba Inu whale activity has boomed recently. This is likely a result of “smart money” buying while SHIB’s price is low, aiming to sell during the next bull market.

The origin of these funds remains unknown, as is the purpose of the transfer. That said, such an amount could easily be a peer-to-peer transaction to avoid price impact.
Whales have also been active on other top cryptocurrencies, with WhaleAltert reporting over $749,000,000 worth of BTC, ETH, XRP, and SHIB has been moved in recent days.
Yet the growing whale interest in SHIB is no coincidence. Its price is down 31% in the past year and a staggering 91% from its all-time high.
Simultaneously, the project has been one of the leading innovators across the recent bear market, introducing an Ethereum layer 2 scaling solution, Shibarium, to its 1.3 million holders.
The Shibarium launch was massively hyped but to no avail regarding its price action, with SHIB currently trading near its yearly low of $0.0000065.
As such, the combination of a low price, ecosystem developments, and interest from deep-pocketed investors may have been enough to rekindle hype, with its price up 3.65% and volume up 19.49% in the last 24 hours.
However, the Shibburn rate is down 12.82% in the last 24 hours. This is a sign of diminishing community interest and indicates that those looking to buy SHIB may fare better awaiting further trend reversal confirmation signals.
The Shiba Inu price chart below shows it remains in a downtrend, trading below the 200-day EMA and continually making lower lows and lower highs. A reversal confirmation could be a break and retest above the 200-day EMA or a break and hold above the $0.00001146 level, creating a higher high.
