<p>Microsoft, struck one of history’s biggest deals after its dream deal to acquire Activision Blizzard was completed for $69 Billion.&nbsp;</p>
<p>The contribution of Activision to modernize the gaming industry has been remarkable. Call of Duty and World of Warcraft has been one of the most played games globally with a user base in hundreds of Millions. Both these games were developed by Activision Blizzard and Call of Duty has played a significant role in revolutionizing the category of first person games.</p>
<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="strong-microsoft-corp-msft-stock-price-analysis-strong"><strong>Microsoft Corp (MSFT) Stock Price Analysis&nbsp;</strong></h2>
<p>On October 10, 2023, Microsoft Corp stock lost $3.24 of its trading price; however it is expected to open above its trading price on upcoming Monday. MSFT stock has surged around 3.53% in a week although it lost 1.08% in the monthly time frame.&nbsp;</p>
<p>The annual price target of Microsoft stock is $394.64. The price target is 21% greater than its current trading price. At the time of writing, MSFT stock price was trading below the 20, 50, 100 and 200 day exponential moving averages.&nbsp;</p>
<p>As per market observer, the recent acquisition of Activision Blizzard will affect the stock price of both Activision and Microsoft. Microsoft has played a crucial role in boosting the adoption of computers in the early phase.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<p>In the 52 weeks time frame MSFT stock peaked at $366.78 and its lowest traded price was $213.43. Microsoft has a market capitalization of $2.453 Trillion (press time).</p>
<p>In the longer term, the acquisition of Activision will help Microsoft establish itself in the gaming sector. And of course, its involvement will also help to boost market capitalization of the industry.</p>

<p>In all trading formats, Activision Blizzard stock has been profitable as it added 2.39% to its trading price in a month and 3.64% in a quarter. Following the company’s acquisition, the Chief Executive Officer of the company Bobby Kotick will resign from his post by the end of this year.&nbsp;</p>
<p>The annual price target of ATVI stock is $94.63 and as per market analysts it will likely beat it target in upcoming Monday’s session. Activision <a href="https://www.thecoinrepublic.com/2023/09/06/activision-blizzard-inc-will-atvi-stock-reach-100-mark/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Blizzard </a>has a market capitalization of $74.289 Billion.&nbsp;</p>
