TokenInsight is delighted to release its latest monthly rating updates. Based on our data-driven and auto-rating platform, TokenInsight diligently tracks the performance and fundamental metrics of various blockchain projects and tokens, providing users with up-to-date and comprehensive assessments.
Currently, TokenInsight has listed a total of 388 token ratings. In September, there were a total of 24 projects that saw a decrease in their rating results, with 15 projects experiencing an increase.
<h2 id="rating-changes">Rating Changes</h2>
Below, we have listed some noteworthy token rating changes in September 2023.
<h3 id="strong-project-delisting-strong">Project Delisting:</h3>
<ul>
 <li><a target="_blank" href="https://tokeninsight.com/en/coins/swipe/overview" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Swipe ($SXP)</a>: Removed from our rating list.</li>
</ul>
Due to rebranding, the original Swipe ($SXP) has been rebranded to Solar ($SXP) and migrated to the Solar mainnet. So, the previous rating results are no longer applicable.
<ul>
 <li><a target="_blank" href="https://tokeninsight.com/en/coins/cryptogpt-token/overview" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">CryptoGPT ($GPT)</a>: Removed from our rating list.</li>
</ul>
Due to rebranding, the original CryptoGPT ($GPT) has been rebranded to LayerAI ($LAI), so the previous rating results are no longer applicable.
<h3 id="strong-project-upgrades-strong">Project Upgrades:</h3>
<ul>
 <li><a target="_blank" href="https://tokeninsight.com/en/coins/polymesh/overview" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Polymesh ($POLYX)</a>: Upgraded from CCC Stable to B Stable.</li>
</ul>
The rating upgrade for $POLYX can be attributed primarily to secondary market indicators. Polymesh is a permissioned blockchain for regulated tokens, which digitizes real-world assets into security tokens, managed via smart contracts.
<h3 id="strong-rating-downgrades-strong">Rating Downgrades:</h3>

</ul>
The downgrade of $CET's rating can be attributed primarily to security and secondary market indicators. CoinEx suffered fierce security incidents in September.

</ul>
The downgrade of $BNB's rating can be attributed primarily to its security indicators. Binance has faced adverse effects due to regulation issues.

</ul>
The downgrade of $PANDO's rating can be attributed primarily to its security, roadmap &amp; progress, and ecosystem indicators. According to TokenInsight's analysis, the project's social media lacks upgrades, and there are concerns about the project's operation status.

According to TokenInsight's analysis, the project lacks development progress synchronization with the community, and there are concerns about the sustainability of the project's services.
