Following the same vein, they’re going to induct a new <a href="https://www.thecoinrepublic.com/2023/10/04/hollywood-studios-and-writers-guilds-agreement-highlight-ai-use/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">AI-based</a> feature.</p>
<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="strong-linkedin-s-new-ai-based-tool-strong"><strong>LinkedIn’s New AI-Based Tool</strong></h2>
<p>On October 3rd, LinkedIn announced the launch of its new artificial intelligence feature. The CEO Ryan Roslansky spilled the beans about it at the Talent Connect Summit in New York. He said that the tool will be called “Recruiter 2024”. It would make the process of talent acquisition easier with a slew of features. As most of the user-facing AI applications work, this one will also take instructions.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<p>Moreover, it will also help in planning and running an ad campaign for jobs. Hinting at the changing landscape of job markets, Roslansky emphasized the significance of AI. He said that the industry needs new playbooks and AI can be a great help in that. The technology is helping us understand the needs and building products around them, he stated.</p>
<p>He also commented on the growing adoption of artificial intelligence on LinkedIn. Notably, the platform reported a 65% increase in interest in<a href="https://www.thecoinrepublic.com/2023/10/04/generative-ai-facets-and-web3-with-entrepreneurs-from-bay-area/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow"> AI</a> courses since the last year. Responding to that, LinkedIn has also rolled out an AI-powered coaching program in its “Learning” section. Roslansky asserted that the technology will tailor purpose-built content based on the users’ needs. It will also provide real-time suggestions as per the users’ career aspirations.</p>
<p>The pilots of recruitment and learning tools will be available to some select users right now. In the future, they will be available to all users either on a subscription or for free. The owner of LinkedIn, Microsoft is also working on AI-based features. Over the next few years, users of Bing, MS Office Suite, and Windows may see some AI-based features.&nbsp;</p>
<p>The latter has collaborated with OpenAI, the creator of the popular AI chatbot ChatGPT for its projects. In May, LinkedIn shared AI-assisted messages with recruiters. Since then, 74% of its users have said that it saves their time. LinkedIn is one of the many companies that are integrating AI-based programs into their products.</p>
