What is a flexiable financial product?</h2><p>After users subscribe, they can redeem at any time without a fixed period. What is a fixed deposit financial product?</h2><p>After users invest, there’s a fixed period without any early redemption. Upon maturity, users can redeem their principal in full. What is the subscription limit for financial products?</h2><p>The subscription limit is related to the VIP level.</p><p>For VIP0 to VIP4, the higher the VIP level, the more the subscription limit. For VIP4 to VIP9, the subscription limit is a fixed value.</p><p>It’s worth noting that the subscription limits are not constant. Can fixed-deposite financial products be redeemed in advance?</h2><p>Fixed-deposite financial products are divided into redeemable and non-redeemable types. Those that are not marked as non-redeemable allow users to redeem in advance. Financial products marked as non-redeemable cannot be redeemed early under any circumstances.</p><h2 id="header-5">6. After applying for redemption, when will the funds be received?</h2><p>After applying for redemption of flexible financial products or redemption of fixed-deposite financial products at maturity, the funds will be recieved within 24 hours, usually within 1 hour.</p><h2 id="header-6">7. Is there a penalty for early redemption of fixed-term financial products?</h2><p>There’s no penalty for early redemption. However, early redemption is considered a unilateral breach of contract, so the interest previously granted will be returned. After returning the interest, the subscribed funds will be released within 5 working days.</p><h2 id="header-7">8. How is the interest for flexible financial products calculated?</h2><p>The interest for flexible financial products is calculated based on T&#43;1 minute and disbursed on the T&#43;1 whole hour.</p><p>For example: User A subscribes to a flexible financial product of 10,000 USDT on September 12th at 18:37 with an annual return of 3%. Therefore, User A’s daily interest is 10,000 * 3% / 365 &#61; 0.8219 USDT, and the per-minute interest is 0.00057078 USDT. At 19:00 on September 12th, the first interest of 0.01312785 USDT will be disbursed.</p><h2 id="header-8">9. How is interest calculated for flexible financial products if it’s less than 1 minute?</h2><p>For flexible financial products, if the interest period is less than 1 minute, it’s calculated as a full minute. For example, if Jack subscribes to a flexible financial product at 05:29:10, the first interest cycle ends at 05:30:00. The accumulated time is 50 seconds, but the actual interest is calculated for 1 minute and is disbursed at the next whole hour.</p><h2 id="header-9">10. How is interest calculated for fixed-term financial products?</h2><p>For different durations of fixed-deposit financial products, we offer different rates. After a successful subscription, interest is disbursed after 0:00 on T&#43;1 day. Daily interest &#61; Subscription amount * Corresponding duration rate / 365.</p><p>For example: User A subscribes to a 180-day fixed-deposit financial product of 10,000 USDT on September 15th with an annual return of 6%. Starting from September 16th, User A’s daily interest is 10,000 * 6% / 365 &#61; 1.6438 USDT.</p><h2 id="header-10">11. Are there any ongoing promotions for the financial products?</h2><p>Promotion Duration: September 22nd, 16:00 — October 7th, 15:59 (UTC).</p><p>Financial Management Benefits: During the promotion, users who subscribe to any financial product in the SuperEx Financial management with a subscription ≥ 800 USDT and do not redeem during the promotional period will receive a 10 USDT reward. The reward is limited to 500 users, on a first-come-first-served basis, while stocks last.</p><p>Deposit Benefits: During the promotion, users who deposit funds into the SuperEx platform can win rewards based on their net deposit ranking.</p><p>1. Deposit methods include: P2P, on-chain transfer.</p><p>2. For net deposits greater than 1,000 USDT, ranked by net deposit amount, the first 300 users each receive a 10 USDT reward.</p><p>3.
