Crypto wallets have been gaining popularity over the past decade. We’ve slowly been seeing them being integrated into more services to enable users to more easily interacting with various platforms and services that use blockchain technology, such as NFT marketplaces and dApps. 
With a crypto wallet, users can easily store, send, and receive a variety of digital currencies and assets. To date, Microsoft has shown a long history of interest in crypto and blockchain technology. In 2014, Microsoft became one of the first major companies to accept Bitcoin as a payment option. And following in 2015, Microsoft launched Azure Blockchain Service, a managed cloud service that makes it easy to develop, deploy, and grow blockchain applications.

Many people claim that blockchain technology could be used to create more secure and efficient in-game payment systems, as well as to create new types of in-game items and experiences.

According to some recent leaked documents, Microsoft is apparently planning to launch a new generation of Xbox consoles that will support crypto wallets and other features related to cryptocurrencies, non-fungible tokens (NFTs), and decentralized applications (dApps).&nbsp;
