<p>Jose Luis Garcia, the founder of Lightning Koffee entered the business market with two key purposes. The first motive is to offer a decent cup of coffee to coffee lovers and to make the word Bitcoin more popular in Colombia. He has continuously moved towards the goals since the launch of his start-up Lightning Koffee. His interest in digital currencies, especially Bitcoin is not new. As a member of the local Bitcoiners group, Garcia also looks forward to promoting the digital currency with catchy ideas.&nbsp;</p> 
<p>Recently, the founder of Lightning Koffee introduced the idea to blend coffee beans with Bitcoin, to get people of Medellin more familiar with the digital asset. Luis Garcia’s coffee beans, popularly known as “The Bitcoiners Coffee” are famous for their sweet aftertaste and have the power to attract the community. Keeping the bean’s popularity in mind, he decided to use The Bitcoiners Coffee Beans as a bridge between the Colombian community and Bitcoins.</p> 
<p>Focusing on Garcia’s perception, his Colombina coffee can help Medellin locals understand the power of Bitcoin as well as degrading their dependencies on the unpredictable Colombian Peso. The only purpose is to attract the locals towards digital assets and adopt Bitcoin as a new method of payment He thinks of a world where goods and services can be exchanged with Bitcoin only.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> 
<p>In an interview with Cointelegraph, Garcia disclosed his plan to make <a href="https://www.thecoinrepublic.com/2023/09/05/bitcoin-mining-is-cheaper-than-drying-clothes-in-a-cloth-dryer/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Bitcoin</a> popular with his best coffee. “Lightning Koffee serves the best coffee in the world and is ready to spread the word about Bitcoin, in order to receive the same,” said Jose Luis Garcia in the interview. His plan is to receive payments in any form of digital currency and convert it immediately into Bitcoin. Garcia is much more interested in Bitcoin than any of the digital assets. The business, in recent years, doesn’t accept fiat but does accept other digital assets besides Bitcoin.&nbsp;</p> 
<p>In addition, he also revealed that he will soon start taking fiat payments through Mastercard and Visa and will stop taking crypto that isn’t Bitcoin.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

There are 106 stores in Colombia, accepting Bitcoin as a payment. Salvador, the most Bitcoin-friendly region in EI, has around 451 stores accepting Bitcoin.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
