<p>Amid the recent Wall Street Journal report that Meta Platforms Inc. is developing a new and more powerful AI system, META stock showed a bullish trend. The stock added $9.67 in the recent trading session whereas the pre-market price further showed a $1.11 addition in its trading price.</p> 
<p>Moreover, due to this upside trend, Meta share price surpassed the 20-day EMA. It must be noted nearly a month ago, Meta stock touched its 20-day EMA. The recent day price gain in the stock price is almost equal to its last 5-day price rise, which is over 3%, However, in the last 1 month, the stock price rose only 0.45%.</p>

At press time, the stock showed bullish support due to increased bulls’ activity. However, if this trend stays during the trading session, then the Meta share price can keep its ride towards the upside.</p>

If the stock trades according to its pre-market price then the RSI may reach near its overbought zone. However, in the recent trading session, the stock was trading near its 20-day EMA which was below $300.00.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Meta Platforms Inc. (NASDAQ: META), a social technology company, has a market cap of nearly $791.53 Billion. META price-to-sales ratio is 6.46 while the company has an Enterprise Value to EBITDA ratio of 16.17.&nbsp;</p> 
<p>Late in July 2023, the company released its Q2 2023 report that stated its net income was $7.79 Billion. Its earnings per share (EPS) is $2.98 whereas the estimation was $2.91 which accounts for a 2.43% surprise. The revenue for the same quarter is $32.00 Billion despite the estimated figure of $31.08 Billion.</p> 
<p>For the upcoming quarter, the estimated EPS is $3.58, and revenue is expected to reach $33.41 Billion. In 2022, the revenue of Meta Platforms reached $116.61 Billion. Out of which $114.45 Billion came from its highest performing source at the moment, “family of apps”.</p>
