According to data from Tradingview and Coingecko, PERP’s price surged by approximately 172 percent in the past weeks, reaching around $1.10 as of Friday.</p> 
<p>Van de Poppe used PERP as a case study, emphasizing that many altcoins have undergone horizontal consolidation in recent months, setting the stage for potential bullish breakouts. He noted that trading this bullish momentum is more straightforward when considering support and resistance levels.
