Additionally, six individuals worldwide have ascended to the coveted status of crypto billionaires, amassing their wealth from various digital assets.The report did not mention the names of these crypto billionaires.&nbsp;<h2 id="singapore-preferred-as-safest-option-by-crypto-millionaires">Singapore Preferred as Safest Option by Crypto Millionaires</h2>Singapore was ranked at top by crypto millionaires who are looking to safeguard their crypto holdings from negative regulations.&nbsp;With a score of 50.2 out of 60, or 83.76%, Singapore leads the way, followed closely by Switzerland with a score of 78.17%. The UAE secured the third position with a score of 76.17%.&nbsp;These countries, alongside <a href="https://cryptonews.com/news/hong-kong-aims-thrive-as-an-international-crypto-hub-despite-global-scrutiny.htm">Hong Kong</a>, Australia, the United Kingdom, Canada, Malta, and Malaysia, make up the top ten crypto-friendly destinations.The report also highlights the appeal of countries offering residence and citizenship through investment programs, as these enable cryptocurrency investors to secure residence rights or citizenship in exchange for substantial investments.&nbsp;
