Here&#39;s the<a href="https://qtum.oases.com/campaign/v3" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow"> campaign link</a>.</p><h2 id="header-4">Development Updates</h2><h3 id="major-update-qtum-core-v24-1">Major Update: Qtum Core v24.1</h3><p>We are excited to announce a major update to Qtum Core (v24.1), including a hard fork, an upgrade to Bitcoin Core 24.1, EVM Shanghai, and several improvements and bug fixes.</p><p>This update is a significant step for Qtum as it introduces ordinals on Qtum.
