Ramaswamy warned that the “shadow government” in Washington was “out of control” and that federal courts were the last line of defense against “unlawful rogue behaviors of three-letter government agencies”. Grayscale’s lawsuit argued that the SEC arbitrarily rejected its ETF application despite approving numerous similar products in the form of Bitcoin futures ETFs.</p>
