Extreme heat advisories recently affected nearly 110 million Americans. Last year's heat wave led to severe economic and human losses. According to Bradford, a more efficient and load-balanced energy grid could mitigate such disasters. The <a href="https://ultramining.com/news/en/senator-lummis-pushes-for-crypto-regulation-amid-sec-lawsuits/">U.S.</a> energy infrastructure, he contends, is outdated and vulnerable to blackouts from natural events or peak demands.
