A federal court has ordered the SEC to reconsider its decision to reject Grayscale’s application for a <a href="https://coinpedia.org/news/grayscales-legal-win-shakes-up-secs-stance-on-bitcoin-etf-approval/">spot Bitcoin ETF</a>. This is a major victory for the cryptocurrency industry, which has been pushing for the approval of a spot Bitcoin ETF for years. 
However, amid the anticipation of this potential shift in the financial landscape, experts advise a careful approach, underlining that the court ruling doesn’t guarantee an immediate approval.

Greco highlighted that approximately 2.5 million bitcoins currently represent short-term losses. This factor, coupled with a stagnating digital asset market, could pose challenges. Centralized exchanges experienced a marked decline in trading volume in August, clocking in at roughly $400 billion, a low unseen since December 2020.
