<p>According to the <a href="https://twitter.com/FilanLaw/status/1694113337347359149/photo/1" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">letter</a> submitted to Judge Torres, the individual defendants are unavailable for trial from April 1, 2023, through April 14, 2024. Otherwise, they are prepared for trial in the second quarter of 2024.</p>
