Transactions and interactions are authenticated and verified using digital signatures, and this may ensure the integrity of the data and the authenticity of the parties involved.As for storing and managing data, SSID systems use decentralized and distributed ledger technologies, such as blockchain. This means that there&#39;s no central repository of data that can be targeted by attackers.Each user&#39;s data is stored securely on their own devices or in a decentralized network, reducing the risk of large-scale data breaches.Overall, self-sovereign identity puts individuals at the center of their digital identity, empowering them with control and security over their personal information.
