Blockstream CEO Wagers Million Satoshis on Bitcoin's $100K ATH Bet

Blockstream CEO Adam Back is confident Bitcoin will reach an all-time high of over $100,000 before its 2024 halving, wagering a million satoshis on it. He bet against a user who believes it won't happen until 2025. Back's net worth is estimated at $50-300 million, and the bet reflects a bullish trend among market commentators ahead of the halving. Charles Edwards, founder of Capriole Investments, also predicted a new bull cycle, stating that Bitcoin will become the "hardest asset in the world" after the halving. Bets on Bitcoin's price have attracted significant sums, like Balaji Srinivasan's $1 million bet.
