Dan Gambardello, founder of recruiting firm Crypto Capital Venture, as well as the <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_wJhYOzRz6U" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">host of the popular YouTube channel</a> of the same name, says the Bitcoin market is in an in-between phase. According to him, winter is over, but the bull market has not begun, leaving traders and investors in expectation. 
Gambardello remarked that the period between the winter market and the bull run could be painful and mentally demanding for crypto market participants. While users wait for the bull market to kick in, Gambardello notes that the waiting period is critical for setting up a game plan for the future. 
Despite acknowledging the pain and boredom associated with the waiting period, Gambardello observes that it could be a season of opportunities. He explained that the outcome and results derived from the current market condition depend on individual attitudes and perspectives toward the market.
