<p>Contrary to Lynch’s claim, it’s crucial to remember that XRP was deemed not to be a security. This emphasizes the pressing need for a definitive, comprehensive, and just regulatory framework that can keep up with the fast-paced evolution of cryptocurrencies in the United States, the biggest crypto market in the world.</p>
