SEKUYA

Jakarta, July 24, 2023 - Sekuya Multiverse, an innovative online gaming platform and metaverse community based on web3 and blockchain, declares its determination to be listed on one of the world's leading crypto exchanges with over 9 million users, Bitmart. This move is a definite strategy in Sekuya's roadmap to reach the entire Asian market and become the only local metaverse gaming company playing in the world's largest crypto market; Bitmart.
Bitmart holds significant influence in Asia, aligning with Sekuya's target market. With a license in South Korea, this crypto market facilitates the expansion of web3 gaming with its crypto and blockchain transaction base. Established in 2018, Bitmart has emerged as a prominent exchange, backed by Fenbushi, which received guidance from Vitalik Buterin, the founder of Ethereum, and Alexander Capital, an investor in Airbnb, Spotify, and Kraken. Currently, beyond Asia, Bitmart also operates offices in New York City, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Seoul, South Korea.
"Listing on Bitmart is a significant achievement for Sekuya. We are thrilled about this opportunity as it brings Sekuya closer to the crypto community worldwide. Moving forward, we hope to provide easy access for all Sekuya stakeholders through Bitmart," said Joshua Budiman, Co-founder & CEO of Sekuya.
Earlier this year, Sekuya successfully listed on Coinstore with its official token name; SKUY/USDT. In just 17 hours after listing on Coinstore, the original Sekuya token experienced an exceptional price surge, and the 24-hour trading volume for SKUY surpassed 2300% growth on its first day, reaching a trading value of 53.6 million USD. This demonstrated strong demand and market enthusiasm for Sekuya's presence in the crypto exchange.
"The achievement in Coinstore gave us confidence to venture into a broader crypto market through Bitmart. As a community-driven metaverse, Sekuya has successfully collaborated with 60 communities in 9 countries, with community members surpassing 700,000 individuals worldwide," Joshua explained.
Listing on Bitmart presents opportunities for Sekuya to continue growing, reach more users, and positively contribute to the crypto ecosystem. With over 9 million users on Bitmart, Sekuya can connect with diverse communities and provide a dynamic platform for unforgettable gaming and metaverse experiences.
"Sekuya envisions becoming a web3 project from Indonesia that can compete internationally. This platform is dedicated to gamers and individuals interested in a multi-world metaverse with fantasy adventure themes. We were careful in choosing a crypto exchange, and after conducting internal research, Bitmart became our choice as a larger exchange to facilitate consumer access in choosing Sekuya and diversifying the market.
With this move, we hope that by participating in the world's largest crypto market, Sekuya can continue to showcase its potential and achievements to crypto investors and communities, both domestically and globally. We are committed to real innovation and building the Web3 industry in Indonesia," concluded Joshua.
