For years, the ongoing lawsuit has been a nuisance, but XRP Coin investors now seem to be enjoying a more pleasant perspective compared to the rest of the market. Exchanges are now free to list XRP Coin and the biggest obstacle for investors has been removed. Now, XRP Coin investors have three options ahead of them.

The first option is for the SEC to take the decision to the higher court and have it overturned, which would mean roughly another year of fighting. However, during this time, we will likely see the CFTC gaining more authority over altcoins. If the SEC chooses the difficult path, they will not be able to reach a conclusion before the start of the next bull season. Dealing with <a href="https://en.coin-turk.com/what-is-sui-coin/" data-wpel-link="internal" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Binance</a> and others while embarking on such an adventure would not be easy for the SEC. 
The second option is for the SEC and Ripple to set a date for a settlement conference. This situation could further increase the price of XRP Coin. They have already prepared for the worst-case scenario, where Ripple emerges from this battle by paying a fine. 
The third option is for the court to announce a definitive decision without a settlement. The outcome will have an impact on the price of XRP Coin. However, with the case finally coming to an end, the issue of exchanges will continue to fuel risk appetite. 
<h2 style="text-align: justify" id="xrp-coin-price-target">XRP Coin Price Target</h2>
