Notably, the <a href="https://www.sec.gov/rules/sro/nasdaq/2023/34-97905.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">company’s revised application</a> now includes a “surveillance sharing” clause, establishing a partnership with Coinbase, a leading crypto exchange, to monitor and report potential illicit activities.
