 In a surprising move, <a href="https://twitter.com/IOHK_Charles/status/1679137033615290370?s=20" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Charles Hoskinson</a>, the founder of Cardano, has proposed Algorand as a potential sidechain. The crux of his proposal involves shifting the purpose of token staking from governance to incentivizing network participants.
