An arbitrator ruled in favor of Crypto.com, granting them $76,391.46, which included the original amount, interest, attorneys&#39; fees, and arbitration costs. However, the arbitrator lacked the authority to compel the user to pay. Consequently, Crypto.com has turned to a federal court for assistance. This incident bears resemblance to a previous case in Australia where Crypto.com accidentally sent over $6 million to users who allegedly spent the funds, leading to theft charges.</p>
