Now, investors in Hong Kong will have the opportunity to explore cryptocurrency ETFs, including the CSOP Bitcoin Futures ETF, CSOP Ethereum Futures ETF, and Samsung Bitcoin Futures Active ETF.This move by HSBC is notable, considering the cautious approach taken by banks towards engaging with cryptocurrency exchanges. Earlier this month, there were rumors that Hong Kong regulators were urging HSBC and Standard Chartered to onboard crypto clients. However, concerns related to money laundering and potential involvement in unlawful activities have led many banks to display reluctance.
