CleanSpark Inc., a prominent Bitcoin mining company, is purchasing two turnkey bitcoin mining campuses. The deal, priced at $9.3 million, is taking place in Dalton, Georgia, according to <a href="https://cointelegraph.com/news/cleanspark-buys-two-bitcoin-mining-campuses-georgia">cointelegraph</a>.&nbsp; 
With these facilities, <a href="https://ultramining.com/news/en/cleanspark-secures-12-500-bitcoin-miners-in-40-5m-deal-aims-for-16-eh-s-by-year-end/">CleanSpark</a> expects to add almost 1 exahash per second (EH/s) to its hash rate. The company will host more than 6,000 Antminer S19 XPs and S19J Pro+s, the latest power-efficient mining machines. 
CleanSpark's CEO, Zach Bradford, expressed confidence in this acquisition. The company can now meet its year-end target of 16 EH/s, he said. 
The CFO of CleanSpark, Gary A. Vecchiarelli, noted that the acquisition would provide immediate financial benefits. It has been paid in full from cash reserves, and will begin driving revenue instantly. 
As Bitcoin approaches the halving event in 2024, the acquisition offers CleanSpark an advantage. By boosting mining efficiency, the company can offset potential revenue decrease from the halving.
