They represent price levels where a stock or cryptocurrency is expected to halt its decline due to increased demand (buying interest) compared to supply (selling interest).Recent events have impacted Bitcoin&#39;s price, notably dropping below the $26,000 mark following the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission&#39;s (SEC) filing of 13 charges against Binance Holdings Ltd., its U.S.-based affiliate BAM Trading Services Inc., and their founder, Changpeng Zhao.The charges include allegations of operating unregistered exchanges, broker-dealers, and clearing agencies, misrepresenting trading controls and oversight on the Binance.US platform, and conducting unregistered offers and sales of securities.In response, Binance revealed that it had engaged in extensive good-faith discussions to negotiate a settlement with the SEC. However, the SEC chose to act unilaterally, a decision that Binance finds disheartening.Binance emphasizes that any claims suggesting user assets on the Binance.US platform were at risk are unequivocally false. The company assures the safety and security of all user assets on Binance and its affiliate platforms, including Binance.US. Furthermore, Binance affirms its commitment to defend itself against any contrary allegations.
