Gemini and Genesis Global Capital, a bankrupt crypto lender, have jointly filed for the dismissal of a Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) lawsuit concerning their &#34;Earn&#34; product.The lawsuit alleges that the product violated securities regulations by offering unregistered securities.
