Ripple Labs and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (<a href="https://cryptosheadlines.com/ripple-wins-against-us-sec-hinman-documents-to-be-made-public/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">SEC</a>) are heading towards a summary judgment in their ongoing legal battle. In a significant setback for Ripple, one of their lawyers has requested to step down from the case.According to court documents, Attorney Kylie Chiseul Kim has submitted a letter to withdraw as counsel for Ripple Labs. The letter mentioned that other law firms, Kellogg, Hansen, Todd, Figel &amp; Frederick, P.L.L.C., and Debevoise &amp; Plimpton LLP, will remain as counsel for the defendants.
